We ship anywhere in the continental United States. International delivery (including Alaska and Hawaii) is available. You will be responsible for delivery costs to the nearest U.S point or port, plus you will be responsible for shipping charges outside of the contiguous United States, as well as any fees related to customs, port taxes, duties, etc.
Our small items are shipped via UPS or US Mail while our large items ship by common carriers. Please contact us with any special requirements you might have. All of our large shipments ship through Freightquote.com. Freightquote.com is the leading online B2B freight logistics service that provides real time rates quotes, online scheduling and tracking.
Freightquote.com has negotiated heavily discounted rates with over 60 different LTL carriers. Best of all, this service is completely free. There are no contracts, fees or volume requirements.

| Return policy: |
Returns of any UNUSED items are accepted within 30 days of invoice date for a full refund excluding shipping. Items must be returned in original packaging with all manuals, tags, etc. Merchandise returned that looks used is subject to a restocking fee or refused. Ship returns ground UPS or insured US mail. We cannot accept COD's or collect shipments.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at winzurfr@watercooledtrading.com so that we may issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization #. All exchanges/returns must have an RMA# on the packaging. |
